Caterizi is an online platform that connects clients and verified caterers (catering companies and private chefs) to organize events of any format. Simply put, we help you find the perfect provider for your banquet, buffet, corporate party, or other event.

Our goal is to make the process of searching and ordering catering simple and transparent. You send a request, and caterers offer you menu options and prices — just choose the best offer!

Everything is convenient and clear. Here is how the process develops step by step:

• Request creation. You post information about your event for free on the Caterizi platform: date, city, desired format, number of guests, cuisine preferences, and budget. The more details you provide, the more accurate caterers will be when preparing their offers.

• Receiving offers. Registered caterers who are available for your order will respond with personalized offers. The offer usually indicates the menu, cost, service conditions, and other important information. You will receive notifications of new offers.

• Communication with the caterer. You have the opportunity to communicate with the caterer through the chat integrated in their offer page. You can clarify details, ask about the menu, ask for advice, or make changes. Note: chat is available only within the specific offer — there is no general chat outside the offer on the platform.

• Editing and approval. If you are interested in an offer but want to modify it according to your requirements, you can edit it directly on the platform. For example, easily change the number of servings or replace certain dishes with others from the caterer's menu. All changes are automatically reflected in the offer and the caterer will see them immediately. Together you can reach the perfect option!

• Booking and payment. When the offer completely satisfies you, confirm it on the platform. After confirmation, payment will be charged to your linked card according to the order cost. Payment is made through a secure system — your card data is protected. Funds are reserved and will be transferred to the caterer only once the service has been provided.

• The event. The caterer arrives at your event, organizes appetizers as agreed, and provides the service. You enjoy the celebration and delicious food without worrying about organizational details.

• Review. After the event, don't forget to leave a review about the caterer's work on Caterizi. Your impressions will help other clients choose and help caterers improve. We value your feedback!

For clients, the Caterizi service is free. 🎁 You only pay the actual cost of catering according to the selected offer — we don't charge any surcharge for using the platform.

Our profit is a small commission that the platform receives from caterers for successful orders. This way, clients don't pay anything extra and get services at the same price as directly with the provider — and often even cheaper thanks to competition between caterers.

Payment is made online through the Caterizi platform. When you confirm the caterer's final offer, the indicated amount is charged to your bank card. We work with a reliable payment provider, so all transactions are protected and card data is securely encrypted.

Yes, of course! Caterizi offers a convenient chat to communicate with the caterer. You can ask questions, clarify menu details and organizational matters directly on the platform.

Chat is available within a specific offer — that is, communication is linked to the offer that the caterer sent you. There is no general chat outside the context of the offer, so conversations are always focused on a specific order. This helps keep all correspondence and order details in one place. Don't hesitate to write to the caterer — they will be happy to help you and answer your questions.

Yes, you can make changes to the caterer's offer directly on the platform so that it fits you perfectly. Caterizi's interface offers editing functionality: you can change the number of servings, add or remove dishes, as well as replace items with others from the same caterer's menu.

All edits are made in real time — updated information appears instantly in the offer. The caterer will see your changes and confirm them or suggest their own version. This interactive format allows you to quickly reach the optimal menu and budget option without leaving the platform.

Currently, Caterizi operates throughout Spain. Here are our caterers and clients, and we are pleased to help organize events throughout the country — from Madrid and Barcelona to smaller cities.

After your event, the review function will be automatically available on the platform. You will be able to rate the caterer's work on a five-star scale and write a brief comment about your impressions.

If you are a catering provider and want to collaborate with us, you will be welcome at Caterizi! 🎉 You can register as a caterer on our website by clicking the "Become a caterer" button (or a similar link for partners).

You will need to complete information about your company or services: description, work region in Spain, menu examples, dish photos, price range, etc. After submitting the profile, our moderation team will review the information and confirm your registration.

Working with Caterizi is beneficial: registration is free and you pay commission only for received orders.
